We provision 50-80 sending mailboxes across 8-15 domains, warm them for 14 days via Instantly's warmup network, then begin sending. Campaigns run with built-in A/B tests on subject lines + openers, with copy iteration weekly based on reply data.

Replies route to your designated reply inbox (often a centralized 'replies@yourcompany.com' alias). We tag each reply by intent (positive, neutral, OOO, negative) and forward only the high-intent ones to your team via webhook into Slack or your CRM.
