- 02Field-level permission scopesWe operate with the minimum CRM permission scope your team grants — not sysadmin. Most clients give us read on existing objects + write on a small set of fields we agreed up front.
- 03Lifecycle stage respectWe never reset a contact's lifecycle stage. If they're a Customer in your model, they stay a Customer regardless of any outbound touch.
- 04Ownership-before-routingBefore any meeting routes to a new owner, we check existing ownership. If the account already has an AE assigned, the meeting goes to them — full stop.

- 03How do you handle account-based marketing alignment?If your sales team owns named accounts, we operate inside that boundary. We won't email accounts outside your defined ABM tier without explicit permission, and we won't route meetings outside the account-owner model.
