    Field-level permission scopes
    We operate with the minimum CRM permission scope your team grants — not sysadmin. Most clients give us read on existing objects + write on a small set of fields we agreed up front.

    Lifecycle stage respect
    We never reset a contact's lifecycle stage. If they're a Customer in your model, they stay a Customer regardless of any outbound touch.

    Ownership-before-routing
    Before any meeting routes to a new owner, we check existing ownership. If the account already has an AE assigned, the meeting goes to them — full stop.

    Can we audit your data flows?
    Yes — we maintain a current data flow diagram and field-mapping document. Both shared under NDA before kickoff. Annual re-review available for clients in regulated industries.

    We've migrated 4 client engagements between CRMs. Standard process: pause sending for 1-2 weeks while we remap fields, validate the new sync, then resume. No data lost.

    How do you handle account-based marketing alignment?
    If your sales team owns named accounts, we operate inside that boundary. We won't email accounts outside your defined ABM tier without explicit permission, and we won't route meetings outside the account-owner model.
